Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, email us at [email protected] with your order number, product name, and reason for return. Our customer support team will guide you through the process.
Please do not send returns without receiving our return authorization email first.
Return Shipping
Unless the return is due to a product defect or an error on our part, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked shipping method to ensure the package arrives safely.

These items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your toy arrives damaged, incomplete, or defective, please reach out to us within 3 days of delivery with clear photos and a description of the issue. We’ll either replace the item or issue a full refund—no hassle.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placement. If the order has already shipped, it must be treated as a standard return.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, we recommend returning the original and placing a new order.
